Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of enterprise customer success experience, preferably:
- Understanding of financial services sector, including FinTech, pensions, retail investment platforms etc
- Experience with product/service mix
- Experience with a B2B2C product
- Experience in an early-stage environment:
- You have collaborated closely with customers on new projects/pilots
- You have worked closely with product teams to understand customer feedback and evolve the product
- You have been involved in the building of a great project management team
- Experience working with:
- Prince 2
- Agile
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Cultural fit:

- You are a great communicator, both written, verbally and presentation style

What the job involves
- As part of our small but mighty Customer Success team, you will be responsible for the success of some of our largest investment platform partnerships
- This role will directly influence the success of Tumelo's product with our userbase and, therefore, the positive impact Tumelo has on the world
- No two days will be the same with lots of opportunities to broaden the role and take on more responsibility
- Plan the integration and delivery of Tumelo's software to new customers
- Create and own a delivery plan for each customer
- Work with product, tech and design to find innovative ways to streamline integration and improve the end-user experience
- Project manage and execute product delivery, triaging internal teams and diving into the customer organisation to seek our expertise and build trust
- Manage within-customer launch campaigns to maximise end-user registration rates, exceeding our customers' success metrics
- Liaise with our internal content strategist, head of growth and design team to persuade our customers' compliance teams to follow our learned best practice
- Seek out and learn from customer feedback
- Be the customer's main point of contact on an ongoing basis, solving problems and grasping opportunities for expansion to reach your own retention and revenue targets
- Nurture relationships with customers through calls, in-person meetings and events
- Report regularly on product metrics and new product features
- Create opportunities for Tumelo's own product and tech teams to learn from customers

Our take
Tumelo's APIs and white-label software shows investors which companies their money is being invested in, and gives them a voice on the issues that matter most to them - from CEO pay to board diversity and climate change. Vote preferences collected from investors are sent to fund managers, who control the power to create change through voting at company AGMs.
For investment platforms and pension providers, Tumelo says its technology strengthens investor loyalty, drives increased AUM and retention, and can win large workplace pension accounts where financial wellbeing is paramount.
By harnessing the prominence of well-known brands and real-life ESG issues, Tumelo’s platform is reforming how customers engage with their investments. Investing is a very powerful, yet underappreciated, way for most individuals to have a positive impact on their future. By re-connecting individuals with their savings and working closely with the experts who steward these funds, Tumelo is aiming to improve individual financial outcomes and build a more value-backed investment industry.
The company has already established relationships with 17 leading investment platforms and 75 fund managers in the UK. Recent funding will be used to build more partnerships and to expand into the US and Australia.
