Who you are
- Strong analytical skills, ability to clearly express complex issues
- Strong Microsoft Excel & Google Sheet skills
- Comfortable with Google Slides
- Proficiency in Google App Script environment
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Microstrategy) and SQL language will be a plus
- Fluency in English is essential and Spanish is a plus
- Proactivity & voluntarism: strength of proposal
- Resourcefulness, ability to evolve in a multicultural environment
- How yes' orientation: facilitator and business oriented
What the job involves
- Within the Presales-Operations central management, the objective of this position is to extract, analyze and communicate production indicators for the various production players, using the tools provided, and in direct contact with the operational production teams
- Activity 1: Working closely with the group's operational production teams in France, Spain and Belgium, the candidate will be mainly responsible for the following activities
- Activity 2 : Follow, calculate and make consistent the different performance indicators of the group's production activities (volume, respect of production milestones, production time, team objectives, production quality...)
- Activity 3 : Animate and communicate the indicators to as many people as possible, ensuring that they are understood and allowing the implementation of concrete actions for progress
- Activity 4 : Address basic data needs autonomously, rely on project & product teams when needed
- Activity 5 : Work in collaboration with the Analysis referent on the definition and prioritization of deliverables (data requests and advanced analyses). Reporting on the progress of data requests and analyses
- Internal relations : Operational teams and production support (France, Spain, Belgium)Project / Product team: contact person for specific analysis needsSourcing / trade : punctual contacts for communication of production indicators
