AI Product Manager, Replit

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally for web applications or developer tools
• Broad understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to float between being a Business Product Manager and Technical Product Manager
• Knowledge of current trends in AI, preferably in the developer tools space
• Technical, developer-minded, and comfortable writing/running code in an IDE
• Deeply empathetic towards developer pain points and make it a point to put yourself in the users' shoes regularly
• Highly analytical, both quantitatively and qualitatively, and can make strong insights off of limited and messy data
• Biased towards execution and think you'll get better results by shipping something quickly and learning rather than pontificating on strategy
• Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously. PMs at Replit enjoy a large amount of scope at the cost of minimal oversight. You really define your own role and find the highest impact opportunities to take on
• Willing to get into the weeds and go from being strategic to highly tactical. Some days, PMs are thinking through a holistic user pain point whereas other days they may be QA'ing a part of the user flow for a specific feature

• You’ll harness the power of Artificial Intelligence to improve the daily lives of millions of coders using Replit
• You will help build new and delightful product features that allow our users to leverage AI as they build on Replit
• This includes the various features of Ghostwriter (code completion, generation, transformation, explanation) and Ghostwriter Chat (chat-based AI programmer), as well as upcoming features that will use AI to power and drive the IDE
• Work with our AI team to define and deliver on the product vision
• Collaborate with customers and partners to understand their needs and incorporate them into the product roadmap
• Collaborate across multiple engineering teams (Product, Platform, SRE, Mobile) to integrate AI-based solutions into our systems and processes
• Dive into product analytics to identify actionable insights to help drive decisions
• Be willing to talk directly to our users and share relevant insights with the working team
• Identify new opportunities for using AI to enhance the user experience and the Replit platform
• Empower the design and engineering teams to self-serve and understand what we're building, why we're building it, and who we're building it for
• Write documentation, lead demos, and blog about new and existing features
