Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design or similar field. Can substitute an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
- 10+ years brand marketing experience
Desirable
- 10+ years of experience with a strong portfolio of diverse work and illustration abilities
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, etc
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Confident in developing strategic art direction for brands and each project with little oversight or management
- Strong attention to detail oriented and a proven ability to be an excellent proofreader
- Proven ability to self-manage, prioritize time, and stay motivated in a remote environment
- Ability to lead an effective team, provide growth opportunities for direct reports, and foster a positive, collaborative team culture
- Open and able to accept and apply necessary critique and feedback. Be flexible and adaptable
- Handle multiple tasks easily and consistently. Track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines and organization expectations
- Positive attitude and an optimistic mindset. Thrives in a multitasking, entrepreneurial environment
What the job involves
- We are looking for a highly talented Senior Creative Manager who is passionate about graphic, brand and video design and wants to be a part of driven and energetic marketing team
- The Senior Creative Manager will be leading the creation of assets to reinvigorate our product brands to help us engage existing customers, exhibit new features, and develop innovative visuals to attract new audiences
- This role will be managing a small creative team and leading the creation of digital and print collateral including but not limited to: logos, brochures, signage, trade show graphics, website assets, video, social and online ad media
- Animation and illustration skills are required
- The ideal candidate exudes a positive can-do attitude who loves to be part of creating solutions and fast-paced environments
- This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing. It is full-time exempt and remote in the USA
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create visuals that explain and promote products, features, benefits, uses, and more
- Think creatively about customers and develop audience-specific visuals that engage and convert
- Manage development of creative assets for region-specific, geo-targeted marketing campaigns, initiatives and new content launches
- Understanding how to apply market and audience insights to established product positioning, call to action, and key messages that speak to the target audience in B2B and B2C channels
- Manage multiple projects and ensure delivery on time and within budget
- Stays current with the latest design trends, technology and social media
- Understand how to take a design and branding project from conception to final production
- Proactively partner with internal channels to identify project parameters and fulfill creative needs
