Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales enablement or sales
- Understanding of cloud based platforms and cyber security experience, particularly SASE, ZTNA and NaaS, strongly preferred
- Proven experience delivering solutions training to non-technical audiences
- Excellent program management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Expertise in adult learning principles and training best practices in a high-tech environment
- Have an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
What the job involves
- Manage the development and deployment of relevant and impactful enablement to ensure that SASE Sales Specialists (SSP) have the required skills and knowledge to drive Cloudflare One business. This includes the delivery of new hire bootcamps, on-the-job training, ongoing product/skills workshops, tools/process training and other enablement activities.
- Deliver prioritized trainings to the SSP organization, including sales process training, and act as a coach to front line sales managers
- Own the development of SSP quarterly training plans that align to SSP sales strategy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver content to internal sellers that drive SASE/Cloudflare One business, including how to deliver effective pitches, prospecting, objection handling, negotiating and closing.
- Execute with strong program management skills, including creating and monitoring work-plans, managing against milestones, following through with deliverable owners, driving proactive stakeholder communications, and tracking program KPIs.
- Develop and analyze success metrics to measure impact and improve enablement programs; continuously identify process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, sales operations, GEO counterparts and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive globally consistent programs.
- Build a strong relationship with the sales leadership and be perceived as a trusted advisor.

And impressive third-quarter 2025 results show strong momentum, with revenue rising to $562 million from $430 million a year earlier. The company also raised its full-year guidance, underscoring confidence in continued growth. As demand for secure, cloud-based infrastructure keeps growing, Cloudflare's expanding platform and improving efficiency leave it well positioned to capture further gains in a rapidly growing market.
