Who you are

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent work experience
3+ years professional experience in a software engineering environment
Exposure to multiple programming languages
Knowledge of GoLang, or willing and able to learn GoLang very quickly
Experience writing automated tests
Experience with Continuous Integration concepts and tools
Experience delivering highly available and reliable systems
Experience with AWS is an advantage
Strong analytical skills
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience working in an agile environment
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of domains and DNS is a plus
You enjoy greenfield software development
You excel at solving problems at scale for millions of people
You want to work with cutting edge technologies
You want to work with and learn from some of the smartest minds in the industry
You are preferably located in North America, Europe or the Middle East

What the job involves

You’ll be joining a greenfield project where we build a new system to replace all of our existing domain management systems
The system will ultimately manage 25 million domains and handle a large number of users and transactions
Implementing stories and tickets based on user and system requirements
Writing unit tests
Contribute to technical design and planning sessions
Participate in code reviews and ensure that development standards are adhered to
Balance the need to ship code quickly with the need to make sound technical decisions
