Who you are
- 2+ years experience in Digital PR
- SEO focus and hands on experience
- Advanced English level (C1) required
- Creative thinking – confident in developing and sharing own ideas
- Curious, always keeping a keen eye on trends within and outside the market
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Be a natural at building relationships with journalists, bloggers and website owners
- Well organized, ambitious and objective-oriented
- Have a genuine passion for creating stories that drive buzz and engagement
- Knowledge of other languages in our focus markets is a plus (German, Polish, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese)
- Desirable experience in APAC market or exploring new regions and markets
What the job involves
- Collaborating closely with the inbound marketing team, reporting to the DPR Lead, and working closely with regional SEO managers to boost visibility across core markets
- Achieving challenging link building and coverage targets in order to contribute to the business growth goals
- Managing existing agencies and eventually being the go-to specialist for their markets
- Hands on deck creating content campaigns to seed to agencies, or managing high volumes of content from agencies to be aligned with brand
- Monitor the market, have an eye on trends and carry out research to identify campaigns/reactive PR opportunities
- Assist on the whole campaigns management process, from ideas generation to target audience definition and outreach prospecting
- Execute creative PR outreach activities
- Build relationships with journalists and understand their needs (support will be given if not in native tongue)
- Build authoritative links & editorial references on relevant sites
- Work closely with country specialists to ensure all outreach activities run in line with the overall SEO and Content strategy
- Monitor and report on coverage and links performance
