What the job involves

As a founding member of our Advisor Support team, you are responsible for supporting our nationwide network of independent financial advisors
You will play an important role in empowering our financial advisors by sharing best practices, planning advisor webinars, hosting coaching calls, resolving day to day advisor inquiries, and ensuring follow-through with verbal and written communication

Zoe Financial is a digital marketplace matching customers with vetted, top quality financial advisers. Their end-to-end digital products currently include a customer financial dashboard, review system, and a unique matching algorithm.

Founder and Wall Street veteran Andres Garcia Amaya has led Zoe Financial through an impressive initial growth period. Uptake has been strong thus far, with over 2,600 advisors, and they attracted prominent investor SoftBank’s Opportunity Fund to lead a Series A funding round in 2021, that gained them $10 million.

This is possibly due to their focus on independent firms, underserved customers, and transparency being both unique, and astute. Following the 2007/8 crash, private wealth management customers pivoted in favor of models offering more informed control at lower cost - so the algorithmic matching and customer-led marketplace is a big plus. Additionally, as amateur investors gain increased access to investment opportunities, a complementary and more casual wealth advisory market is likely to develop.
