Who you are

Ability to build and architect frameworks from scratch. #
Strong technical expertise in Typescript and Java
Experience writing E2E test cases for modern front-end applications
Experience testing backend services such as APIs, Databases, Microservices
Knowledge of tools such as - Docker, AWS, Git and GitHub actions
Strong previous experience as a QA engineer in writing and executing QA test plans
Knowledge of test management tools such as Jira and Confluence
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in addition to an undergraduate degree in either Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM discipline

What the job involves

Work with the product and engineering teams to ensure features are clearly understood and can be translated into a set of quality-based test plans
Develop and evolve test plans for complex front-end and back-end applications
Work with CI/CD pipelines and add valuable test engineering integrations
Work on creating performance and load tests for various backend applications
Taking ownership and driving the QA for product features. Deconstruct solutions into tests that optimize for coverage and risk
Create trusted test automation with high reliability and relevancy
Extend test automation frameworks to incorporate new functionality
Instinctively knowing when a situation calls for exploratory, scripted, or automated testing
Create a plan to cover nonfunctional and security testing
Working with cross functional teams
Assess and advise on testability of user stories, including acceptance criteria, non-functional requirements, and the definition of done
