Who you are
- Sales Mindset: You’re not afraid to pitch, upsell, and close
- Fluent in Italian, any other European language is a huge plus (French, Spanish)

What the job involves
- As an Art Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for all actions aimed at satisfying our art-loving clientele as well as the sales department
- Please note that this internship is for a duration of 6 months
- Contribute to the growth of our Italian market
- Advising clients and guiding them to create a “Coup de Coeur” with a piece of artwork
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Negotiating all artworks with prospective clients and artists
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Understanding and promoting company initiatives

Our take
Parisian Singulart aims to be the one-stop shop for people who are ready to invest in some upscale home decor. A large part of its pitch is built on its support for artists, with all the art and furniture listed on its site being the work of independent creators rather than mass-produced.
This means that every piece is unique, allowing the marketplace to stand out from many of its peers. Interestingly, it also boasts that half its artists are women, which is a rarity in the art world. It has partnerships with some more well-known artists, as well as operating a sister site - balthasart - for emerging creators.
Singulart has built a sizeable user base, and it's gallery lists the work of thousands of artists and designers from over 100 countries. It has more recently implemented an AI search feature which allows users to find art by using natural language, and moves like this will cement its strong position in the art sales space.
