- 2-5 years business experience at a top-tier company in the following fields: consulting, finance (banking/buy-side), startup

What the job involves
- Own business development efforts, including devising ways to proactively reach out to high-potential customers and sell them Courted Talent Solutions products (for example, recording & sending personalized videos for highest potential customers, devising new experiments to test new customer activation)
- Architect & execute on post-sales customer processes from onboarding to account management & customer success (measured by increasing customer spend with Courted & ensure minimal cancellation rate)
- Work within the product function to help coordinate inputs from the design/user research, business and technology teams to deliver near-term engineering team roadmap
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to prioritize expansion markets, acquire data feeds and work with the engineering team to ensure markets can be turned on quickly
- Help shape the overall company & product strategy as well as define Courted’s go-to-market plan
