Senior Product Manager, Floww

• Strong product management experience (5 yrs+), with at least some of that in the Fintech/Financial services space, and ideally with building and shipping B2B and/or SaaS products
• Proven team leadership, project/programme management, and group facilitation skills with 2+ years of experience mentoring and/or managing other product managers or BAs
• Strong technical understanding of across both development and design UI/UX, cloud/enterprise infrastructure, Ops, ML) and experience evaluating product design trade-offs with Engineering
• A strong bias toward action and an eagerness to roll up your sleeves to break down problems into actionable steps, activities and deliverables
• Eager to become an expert on the venture capital industry and ecosystem
• Adept at working with Marketing and Sales to help explain and promote our product to clients with your excellent detail-oriented verbal and written communication skills, including strong audience awareness
• Demonstrable knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies with proven track record of delivering projects or gathering requirements in this context

• We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join a talented multi-disciplinary team to spearhead our efforts to build our new capital-raising platform for early-stage businesses
• Working together with designers, engineers, data specialists and other key stakeholders from across the business, you will be responsible for bringing new products to market - owning the process from inception to launch and beyond - while playing an key part in helping us to forge a best-in-class product culture
• This role sits at the intersection of product and commercial growth – as Senior Product Manager, you will own the roadmap for a core product area and be responsible for setting the direction and driving results
• You will report to our Head of Product, and have frequent contact with the wider senior leadership team
• Validate client needs, pain points, and business opportunities through ongoing user and market research
• Clearly define and consistently communicate the product vision and strategic roadmap, in line with ambitious OKRs
• Play a leading role in both continuous discovery and delivery activities, employing a range of tools and techniques to build a deep shared understanding of our customers’ needs and pain points, and consistently develop and ship high impact solutions
• Be both a steady hand and a force multiplier who is constantly looking for ways to optimise the system to improve both what we do and how we do it
• Develop and communicate detailed requirements, user stories and product release plans
• Be the visible champion for your area of the product portfolio, communicating confidently, clearly and compellingly about what is being built and, above all, why
• Set and own OKRs with your squad
• Employ a hypothesis-led, data-driven approach to new product development, using a range of experimentation techniques to deliver meaningful changes in key business metrics
• Constantly seek out opportunities to increase personal and team efficiency and effectiveness
• Be hyper-aware of security, compliance and regulatory considerations, incorporating them in everything that we do and build
• Be a mentor for more junior members of the team
