Role
Who you are
- Strong written communication skills, demonstrating your ability to write professionally (grammar, structure, punctuation, etc.)
- A basic knowledge of finance is a must
- A strong interest in art is a must
- Previous experience in customer service, investor relations, or other customer-facing roles is preferred
- Ability to work with high volumes of email communications on a daily basis, sending 300-500 emails per day (working off of templates)
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools
What the job involves
- Each day, you will be provided with email templates to send out to your 300-500 investors for new offering opportunities
- You will modify each template based on what you know about each investor, what they’ve invested in previously, etc. You will not provide financial advice, but you will customize each email to the investor’s preferences
- Your goal will be to understand each investor and get to know them over time, to provide a more personalized investing experience for them
