- The ideal candidate has experience positioning complex software to technical buyers across verticals and can distill products and platform capabilities into solutions with tangible ROI
- 8+ years of experience in a product marketing role focused on B2B software
- 5+ years of experience leading and scaling high-performing teams
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives across audiences
- Player-coach and ownership mindset, with experience operating in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- High aptitude for complex problem solving and strategic prioritization
- Ability to drive alignment and influence strategic Product and GTM stakeholders
- Experience in high growth startups and Financial Software and Services
Desirable
- MBA or BS in computer science, engineering, or related STEM field
- Strong background in sales enablement, with an emphasis on technical pre-sales
What the job involves
- Reporting to the VP of Product and Content Marketing, you will be responsible for partnering with sales, marketing, and product leadership to define and execute Brex’s GTM strategy
- Collaborate with Brex leadership to develop a POV & narrative and that establishes Brex as a thought leader in B2B financial software
- Build and lead a team of world-class product marketers with a strong ownership mindset & ability to execute
- Define and execute Brex’s upmarket GTM strategy and launch new platform capabilities to drive customer acquisition across strategic accounts & industry verticals
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to continuously optimize customer acquisition costs and sales team efficiency
- Develop scalable expansion and implementation strategy that enables Customer Success to drive widespread Brex platform adoption
- Develop, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap to internal stakeholders, customers, and prospects
- Drive competitive intelligence & analyst relations programs that influence market perception and enterprise buying criteria

Brex started its life providing corporate credit cards aimed mainly at startups and SMBs. Since then, it has gradually evolved its model towards becoming a one-stop finance shop for companies. It has also adapted to serve a much wider range of businesses, from startups to enterprises.
As the largest modern corporate card platform, Brex serves over 20,000 businesses globally, and is responsible for the processing of tens of billions of dollars in transactions. It has raised significant capital and reached a peak valuation of $12.3 billion in 2022.
With the landscape of companies clamouring to meet financial needs increasing by the day, Brex is well set to see continued growth. In 2026 it was announced that Capital One will be purchasing the company in order to pursue its ambition to “build a payments company at the frontier of the technology revolution.”
