- Our Sales Institutions Team is dedicated to building strong partnerships with international governmental, non-governmental, and top-tier sports organizations
- We focus on forging strategic alliances while uncovering untapped markets, connecting organizations, and leveraging Interprefy’s expertise in technology, security, procurement, and user experience to drive growth and innovation

- The Sales Institutions Team works closely with the Marketing, Product, and Operations departments to ensure meaningful and impactful engagement with prospects and clients
- Together, we position Interprefy as the trusted partner of choice for multilingual communication solutions
- Our Sales Institution Department is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join the team
- This hybrid role combines sales and service, with a focus on building long-term partnerships and driving customer satisfaction

- Proactively manage and develop client relationships, taking ownership throughout their lifecycle with Interprefy
- Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to grow opportunities within global organizations
- Create detailed client account plans, review past events, and identify future opportunities
- Identify and act on growth opportunities, providing quotes and managing changes internally and externally
- Meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs
- Conduct regular health checks to ensure customer satisfaction and event success
- Expand engagement with client stakeholders to address organizational needs and upsell solutions
- Maintain a strong understanding of Interprefy products to recommend the best solutions
- Act as a customer advocate, influencing the product roadmap and sales strategies
- Record and manage customer data and interactions in HubSpot
