Head of Strategic Operations, David Energy

• This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of operations management principles
• 5+ years of demonstrated success establishing and scaling high-quality operations in a challenging environment
• Advanced data analysis in SQL
• Experience leading, collaborating and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• You welcome the challenge of early-stage work and thrive with a lot of whitespace and uncertainty
• You identify opportunities proactively without waiting for them to be shown

• Reporting to our COO, the Head of Strategic Ops will help connect the strategic “What” we want to do with the technical and operational “How” we operationalize across our entire complex ecosystem
• We are enrolling customers at a faster rate than ever and we need to ensure that our processes, systems and tools are designed and optimized to best support our internal teams and our desired customer experience
• This is an exciting opportunity to be the founding member of our newly formed strategic operations org
• Supporting a wide range of efforts driving core business KPIs, including transformation work, integration work and special projects
• Introducing clarity and structure to ambiguous problems, designing solutions and driving operational efforts across the business
• Working with other senior staff on setting business strategy and implementing new products and operations
• Collaborating deeply with SMEs and functional leaders across the organization to drive an effective operating rhythm to serve and support our customers
• Establishing team workflows and processes to produce consistent and measurable outcomes; develop team members to be more effective operators
• Ensuring that all operations are in regulatory compliance
