Role
Who you are
- You are a 2022 or 2023 university graduate and ready to start in February 2024
- Minimum qualification 2:1 bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
- You must be free to attend an onsite interview first week of December 2023
- While we are open to applicants with any degree, a more technical course in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Sciences, Math's, Product Management, or Engineering would be beneficial given the nature of our business
- We seek candidates who have a well-rounded background, having successfully balanced university, work experience, and extracurricular activities
What the job involves
- Joining our HQ in Shoreditch, you'll be part of a collaborative and enjoyable environment that guarantees the best graduate experience
- This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects involving web and mobile apps, blockchain, AI, and other modern technologies
- This is a 12-month program, with a February 2024 start date, with the opportunity to convert to a permanent employee here at Tech Alchemy
- From the beginning, you'll be actively engaged, working with clients during the discovery phase to help conceptualise and shape products
- These discoveries will then transition into ongoing development projects, where you'll collaborate directly with PMs, Designers, and Developers to create products that shape their respective industries
- You'll be provided with all the necessary tools, support, and resources to ensure you feel supported right from day one. The only expectation is that you come prepared to learn, every single day
- This includes learning on the job and taking advantage of the training opportunities we offer
- You will gain exposure to various aspects of the business and acquire a comprehensive understanding of a wide range of skills in Project and Product Management
- The emphasis will be on consulting and guiding clients to effectively shape their companies and products
- Supportive leaders will be assigned to assist your development, offer guidance, and ensure your success throughout the program
- Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology projects
