Role
Who you are
- You have 3+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, account management
- You have a track record of managing high-volume pipelines and keeping every person progressing, and you treat inbox management as a core part of the job; responding promptly, following up without being asked, and closing every loop
- You're highly organized, warm in your communication, and know how to tailor your tone to keep someone motivated when the process feels tedious
- You're proficient with Google Workspace and ideally have experience with a CRM or ticketing systems like HubSpot or Zendesk
- Bonus points if you have experience as a court reporter or in the legal services industry
- You're also willing to travel occasionally or join virtually for team events 1–2 times per year

- You're the one who catches people before they fall - proactively monitoring pipelines, identifying stall points, and re-engaging reporters before momentum is lost
- No two days look the same - you're managing reporters at every stage of onboarding simultaneously, across credentialing, system setup, paperwork, platform orientation, and first-job readiness
- Your voice shapes the process - you surface patterns in where reporters drop off and bring those insights to the team. You're not just executing a process, you're improving it
- Collaboration is built in - you work closely with recruiting for seamless handoffs and with the broader Provider Operations team to make sure every reporter lands well
- Real tools, real impact - you'll work in Zendesk, Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace, with room to grow your technical toolkit
