Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field
- Experience with Salesforce.com and CPQ applications, preferably Salesforce CPQ
- Understanding of databases, and ability to extract and analyze data using Excel
- Excellent research and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented, organized and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization that can scale quickly
- Exhibit sound business judgement, strong analytical skills and a proven track record of taking ownership of tasks
What the job involves
- Be the Sales Ops Business Partner to the global sales teams
- Support the weekly demand generation and sales forecasting processes
- Develop performance dashboards that encompass key metrics to be reviewed with sales leaders to drive and manage the business
- Provide proactive sales data analysis and recommendations to help sales leaders make informed strategic decisions
- Track Sales KPIs and challenge sales leadership and field executives to improve data hygiene by ensuring that necessary details are up to date in Salesforce.com
- Track partner performance in line with established business plans
- Provide support on CRM (Salesforce.com) reporting requests and inquiry to the team
- Work cross-functionally and with counterparts in other regions to develop/refine sales processes and enhance CRM tools to drive higher productivity across the global sales team
- Ensure sales processes and policies are clearly communicated and being followed
- Work with Global Sales Ops on yearly sales capacity, budget, territory and quota planning in conjunction with Regional Sales Leaders and Finance
- Assist with planning and logistics for global sales leadership meetings, including quarterly business reviews
- Perform market analysis, end of quarter reports, board presentation decks, and CRO Keynotes
- Work closely with the Sales Compensation team to resolve any issues with the sales team
- Handle projects of small to moderate scope and small to moderate complexity with minimal supervision
