- 5+ years of quota attainment as an Enterprise Account Executive in a fast moving SaaS company
- Startup experience and knowledge of the Cybersecurity Industry strongly preferred
- Be familiar with a solution-based approach to selling, have experience managing a complex sales process
- Humility, curiosity and resilienceYou're not afraid of prospecting
- Native level fluency in French
- Experience selling into French speaking markets
What the job involves

- We need people who can help us build and scale our revenue engine
- Account Executives will execute on regional plans, including the identification of core customers and mapping the benefits of our solutions to solve customer challenges
- We're looking for people who want to build something from the ground up and aren't afraid of an entrepreneurial mindset
- Communicate effectively with both engineering and InfoSec teams as well as executives
- Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory on a quarterly and annual basis by developing a sales strategy with a target prospect list and a regional sales plan
- Develop plans with the marketing and channel team to drive revenue growth
- Be the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap to drive the Teleport solution within the marketplace
- Identify champions at your key accounts and help them make the business case for our products to their executive sponsors
- Mentor our Sales Development Reps and collaborate with them in order to break into your target accounts
- Strong listening and storytelling skills
- Provide structured customer feedback to our product and engineering teams so we can continue to elevate our offerings
