Principal Product Designer, Dealpath

• Dealpath is looking for a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about designing for growth initiatives that engage users and simplify their workflow, and who is energized by tackling complex systems

• 4+ years of professional hands-on experience at a product-driven tech company
• Have a strong portfolio, showcasing a depth of knowledge in research, user experience, interaction, and visual design
• Demonstrated ability of coaching team to more effectively apply design patterns
• Hands-on experience with the latest design tools
• B.A/B.S. in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field/equivalent experience

• As a senior product designer you’ll be a key strategic design leader who can also execute quickly in our fast-paced startup environment
• You’ll work alongside a passionate and talented cross-functional team to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points through qualitative and quantitative research in an effort to drive user engagement with compelling designs
• Lead the end-to-end design process of major features and iterations, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Partner with product managers to develop the strategy and rationale for features
• Build a deep understanding of users’ needs, behaviors, and pain points through qualitative and quantitative research
• Quickly design and prototype multiple concepts to validate product directions
• Effectively communicate design ideas and incorporate feedback from a diverse group of stakeholders, including C-level executives
• Provide and seek feedback to continuously elevate design standards
• Conduct user testing and integrate findings into iterative design improvements
• Create detailed specifications and assets for engineers
• Work side-by-side with engineers and quality analysts to ensure the final product meets design expectations
