Who you are
- With a background in business, finance, HR school your are looking for a 6 months Internship or an Apprenticeship
- Empathy: you always put yourself in the shoes of your employees to best meet their needs
- You are attentive to the details. Your rigor and compliance with processes are the key to the success
- You are organized, as you’ll work cross all departments with many stakeholders
- You are discret, many informations you will manipulate are confidential
- You are comfortable with spreadsheets, and tools like Notion, Google suite
- You are English comfortable and French fluent. The team is international!
What the job involves
- You will work on various missions alongside the CEO and cross-roads of HR, Finance and Business Teams
- Starting date: December 31, 2024
- Some examples of missions you’ll have :
- Strategy : Help Romain (CEO) to prepare monthly reportings for investors and board of directors
- Recruitment : From screening CV, phone screen interview to the offer and convention establishment
- Legal : Create contracts, amendements and support all HR legal processes
- Learning and Development : Organize our Happy Groover Hours, our monthly presentation with the team and support our development plan
- Payroll : Follow up of expenses claims and data needed to prepare payroll every month
- Office Management : Control the stock and manage the equipment orders for the office
- HR Communication : Manage with the communication team a good content on our Linkedin Page

Our take
The barrier of entry to the music industry is infamously high, and it can prove difficult for independent music artists to promote their tracks, reach the right audiences, or gather constructive feedback. Groover sets out to solve this, supplying a platform that connects artists to music curators, radio stations and labels looking for talent, guaranteeing that these professionals will not only listen to their tracks but also provide feedback.
As it gets easier to release music, and subsequently harder to stand out from the crowd, Groover's offering could offer real value to artists looking to forge a career. A Series A funding round will see the company further enhance its service with capabilities such as marketing and career development support, as well as expand its presence in North America, Europe, and LATAM.
