Role
Who you are
- Strong academic background in Business, Science, or a related field
- Previous internship or work experience with a top-tier consulting firm, fast-growing startup, incubator, or VC
- Experience with a fast-paced environment, particularly within a startup or entrepreneurial setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data modelling and analysis
- Solid organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated interest in the food delivery or tech industry
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with a willingness to learn new tools and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical mindset
- Experience in managing a team, holding people accountable, and successfully delivering projects from end to end
Desirable
- Experience with SQL for data analysis and insights
- Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, to support data-driven decision-making
- Prior exposure to the B2B or B2B2C food industry
- Skilled in creating impactful presentations in PowerPoint

- You will report to the Managing Director in various departments, you will gain insights into Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Project Management

Our take
Acknowledging that the B2B food delivery market has fallen way behind B2C in terms of digitisation, Feedr is targeting an estimated £4.7bn contract catering market. Adopting a B2B2C model, Feedr attracts companies to sign up and subsidises the meals their staff order as an additional perk to boost employee well-being. This also forms part of the company’s talent recruitment and retention strategy.
In addition, Feedr differentiates itself by curating a set of tailored menus based on the user’s order history, aiming to elevate the quality of breakfast, lunch and dinner orders. The restaurants and caterers Feedr works with are low-impact on the planet and quality-assured by the company.
Feedr started off operating in London, and after being acquired by Berlin company EatFirst, is looking to expand the service to new geographical areas. Though it's working against a crowded B2C market, Feedr is the only B2B2C model food provider, a low-admin, hassle-free alternative for busy companies. Its partnership with EatFirst will no doubt elevate its presence as it looks to expand.
