Who you are

Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a helpdesk role
Preferably experienced in finance or startup environments
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Customer service-oriented mindset
VPN client administration
Self-starter capable of working independently and in a team environment
Optional or a plus: certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Jamf Certification, Intune Certification, or Cisco Certified Network Associate)

What the job involves

We are currently looking for IT Administrator to join our NYC team
Support, maintain, and troubleshoot systems, including Macs and PCs, utilizing Windows 10, macOS, Google Workspace, wireless devices, antivirus software, security software, etc
Manage Identity and Access Management tools such as Okta
Provide first-line technical support to end-users
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Maintain records of support requests and resolutions
Manage on-boarding and off-boarding of all personnel
Conduct training sessions for staff on IT tools and best practices
Document steps and procedures internally using an internal documentation platform
