What the job involves
- As a VMS Account Executive at VendorPM, you will be responsible for contacting vendor leads assigned to you across Canada and the US, building a strong SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) pipeline, and converting them into sales to achieve daily sales quotas
- Actively engage with assigned vendor leads through outbound calling and emails by making a minimum of 70 calls per day
- Move opportunities through the sales pipeline from initial outreach, qualifying the account as an SQL, scheduling live demo meetings if needed, and closing deals
- Actively follow up with all contacted and uncontacted assigned opportunities and own the entire VMS vendor sales cycle
- Recognize and prioritize opportunities to meet daily sales quota
- Utilize SalesForce for record-keeping of all assigned vendor accounts and for logging all outreach activities and information, ensuring visibility into the sales flow for each account

However, doing this whilst maintaining compliance can be a particular challenge when so many building services are required and communication occurs across many different e-mail threads and mediums.
