Who you are
- We want someone who is passionate about user-centred design and beautiful interfaces. If you’re excited by the big picture and passionate about the details, we’d love to hear from you
- 2–3 years of professional experience in UI or visual design
- Strong portfolio showcasing your visual design skills across web and mobile platforms
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- In depth understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs
- Strong communication skills i.e ability to explain design decisions clearly
- Collaboration skills to work well within cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of accessibility principles and responsive design
- Valid working visa for Ireland
Desirable
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS
- Background in graphic design or visual communications
- Interest in design trends and emerging tools
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a talented Visual/UI Designer to join our design team at P3 Hotel Software
- We craft custom websites and technology solutions for hotels, enhancing every step of the guest journey, from browsing to booking to checking out online
- You'll design high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and UI components primarily using Figma
- Translate wireframes and concepts into polished, pixel-perfect visuals
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to present and refine design ideas
- Work within brand guidelines and follow design system constraints to deliver designs that elevate and match our clients’ identity
- Ensure visual consistency, accessibility and alignment with design best practices across projects
- Work with developers to handover refined designs and assets
- Working primarily with Figma
- Creating high-level wireframes to explore concepts and new functionality
- Producing high quality, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
- Meeting with and presenting design concepts to clients
- Working within brand guidelines to create designs that reinforce our clients’ style and voice
