JavaScript Engineer, Fyxer.AI

• 2+ years engineering experience, preferably in a fast-paced or early-stage startup
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
• Comfortable working full-stack, with a front-end focus
• Skilled in SQL, data tools, and basic DevOps (CI/CD, cloud functions)
• Passionate about growth, with instincts in UX, funnels, and conversion optimisation
• Analytical mindset: you use data to drive decisions

Desirable

• Join our Growth Engineering team, where engineering, product, and marketing intersect. You’ll be laser-focused on using code, UX, and data to drive new user acquisition, activation, and retention
• Own the full lifecycle of experiments: from idea to implementation to data analysis
• Work independently to identify growth opportunities across the product and site
• Build conversion flows, virality loops, onboarding UX, and more
• Use Posthog, BigQuery, and Metabase to analyse experiments and prioritise your backlog
• Collaborate with design, product, and GTM teams to maximise impact
