What the job involves

At Riskified, we succeed when our merchants succeed. As such, you'll be the merchant’s representative within Riskified, helping them to maximize the value they receive from our service. You will be expected to manage and prioritize their needs to ensure that they're happy and profitable.
You'll manage a book of business of about 5-10 clients with an ACV of $6m-$15m+. These clients will include Fortune 500 companies, big-box retailers, travel merchants, and much more. You'll collaborate daily with various teams within Riskified, including Product, Analytics, Data Science and Development
Be the primary point of contact for our merchants
Build, monitor and communicate KPIs to our clients
Conduct in-depth analysis of the most productive ways our customers can utilize Riskified’s solutions, including identifying upsell opportunities
Provide strategic analysis and critical thinking as we plan long-term expansion
Work with all other teams within the company to optimize customer experience across our portfolio
Assist new customers as they join Riskified’s platform and begin using our services

Digital fraud is a huge problem in E-Commerce, and identifying insecure transactions is becoming increasingly difficult. A notable example is in the airline industry, with ticket-orders being declined due to false identification of a fraudulent transaction.

The company was acquired by PayPal in 2008, and Eido joined PayPal's risk department, later moving to its automation department. Was recruited by BillGuard and worked in the analytics department from September 2011 to November 2012. Founded Riskified in 2012.
