Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of professional content writing experience, preferably in the tech, blockchain, or finance sectors.Strong background in writing for Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency topics is a significant
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong storytelling abilities, able to create engaging, persuasive content across a variety of formats
- Excellent research skills and the ability to distill complex information into digestible, audience-friendly content
- A results-driven mindset, with the ability to assess and optimize content performance using analytics tools
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and analytics tools
- Solid understanding of content marketing strategies and trends
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques
- Proactive, inquisitive, and able to work independently
- Strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- BNB Chain is seeking a talented Content Writer to join our marketing team
- As a key member of our content creation efforts, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, informative, and engaging content that resonates with both new and existing audiences
- This role requires a creative storyteller with a deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, and the broader tech landscape, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives
- Write high-quality, engaging, and original content for various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials
- Work under tight deadlines to deliver content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience
- Ensure content aligns with BNB Chain’s voice, tone, and overall brand messaging
- Write well-researched, clear, and concise articles on complex topics, presenting facts, issues, and conclusions effectively
- Use storytelling techniques to simplify technical or industry-specific content and make it engaging, relatable, and easy to understand
- Craft compelling narratives that educate, inspire, and excite readers about Web3 and blockchain technologies
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and audience preferences to inform content creation
- Leverage data, industry reports, and tracking tools to create content grounded in insights and statistics
- Regularly analyze content performance and user engagement to optimize future strategies
- Work closely with the marketing, business development, product, and tech teams to ensure content supports BNB Chain’s strategic objectives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure content accuracy and relevance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content pieces
- Edit and proofread content to ensure it is free from errors, adhering to grammar, style, and accuracy standards

An abbreviation of “Build ‘N Build”, BNB Chain was developed as an evolution of the Binance Smart Chain when it merged with the Binance Chain. A layer-1 blockchain, BNB Chain is a community of crypto and NFT engineers and plans to build on the decentralising efforts of Blockchain.
Aiming to be “bigger than Binance”, BNB Chain is also EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) compatible and has a multichain function. Alongside this, it assists users with a higher capacity and lower latency asset management platform and has been used for hundreds of billions of transactions since its founding in 2017.
2022 was rocky regarding customer trust for BNB Chain. It was the victim of a hack worth $570 million in early October that year, putting its cross-chain vulnerabilities under pressure. That being said, late 2022 and early 2023 marked a surge for the company despite the crypto winter. During this time its wallets outpaced Ethereum and it became the largest L1 blockchain. It has also become something of a watchdog for fake crypto tokens and untrustworthy DApps.
