Desirable
- An understanding of ISAs and the ISA rules
- You have worked in a tech environment before or have a strong interest in FinTech (think challenger banks, crypto and app-based investing)
What the job involves
- You’ll be part of the Cash ISA (Individual Savings Account) Transfers team, and will be responsible for monitoring and processing customer’s cash ISA transfer requests
- Manage the processing of cash ISA transfers
- Provide customer support relating to ISA transfers
- Liaise with other ISA providers to resolve discrepancies
