Role
Who you are
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, or a related field
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in designing and implementing machine learning models and data pipelines in production environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficient in Python and strong understanding of AI and machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g. Tensorflow, PyTorch)
- Strong knowledge of data management systems, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g.MongoDB)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Desirable
- Experience in fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in Cyber Security

- We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer - AI, where you'll be spearheading the development of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions tailored for the offensive security sector
- This role demands a hands-on approach to designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that address specific cybersecurity challenges, enhancing our product offerings and meeting our customers’ critical needs
- You'll lead by example, mentoring junior engineers and promoting a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Design, implement and deliver scalable AI and machine learning solutions
- Develop robust AI models capable of identifying vulnerabilities, automating penetration testing processes, workflow optimization and enhancing threat intelligence
- Own and drive the end-to-end development of AI product features from ideation to deployment, monitoring and model management
- Actively participate in and contribute to design and implementation of AI solutions, promoting best practices during the project lifecycle
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and design sessions, sharing your expertise to uplift the team's capabilities
- Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers, encouraging professional growth and development
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into broader systems and applications
