- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience

What the job involves
- We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager of Product Management to lead the development and execution of product-level strategies that drive corporate growth and operational excellence
- This role is pivotal in shaping product priorities, managing P&Ls, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions
- Lead team of independent contributors (ICs) to execute integrations for specific partners
- Participate in Partner Marketplace discussions to understand pending integrations
- Partner with product line peers to prioritize integrations
- Play key role in developing and executing strategy to improve partner integration approach and capabilities
- Communicate solutions to user problems with ICs and necessary teams
- Responsible for directing and guiding the work of teams and/or individuals
- Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges that drive business impact
- You’re expected to execute processes within a subfunction or department
- The role requires the establishment of annual objectives and execution of tactics to meet MeridianLink objectives
- The role will receive assignments based on incremental objectives and defined processes
