Engineering Manager, Brex

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• 3+ years of experience managing engineers
• Strong understanding of software development best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with release infrastructure and/or configuration management tools

• As an Engineering Manager for Release Infrastructure at Brex, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that supports Brex's release, observability, and incident processes.
• You will work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure that Brex's releases are successful and that the infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and secure
• Lead a team of engineers responsible for building and maintaining the release infrastructure
• Support the growth and development of the ICs on the Release Infra team
