Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field; or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing
- Excellent writing and editing skills evident in your portfolio of B2B content
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques
- Familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation tools
- Experience with data analysis and reporting on content performance
- Ability to manage multiple projects large and small, prioritize projects, manage time, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
Desirable
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or employer benefit organizations

- These stories highlight individuals coping with the loss of a loved one, employers offering crucial support to their employees, and financial institutions and insurers helping families protect their legacies
- Our team has established a respected and trusted brand, as demonstrated by our impressive roster of enterprise clients, and we will continue to fuel Empathy's growth as a category creator and market leader
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B content marketing strategy that reinforces Empathy’s brand and position in the market
- Create high-quality, engaging content across various formats (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, videos, infographics)
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content pieces
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce in-depth, industry-specific content
- Optimize content for SEO and lead generation
- Analyze content performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
- Stay up-to-date with B2B content marketing trends and best practices
