Who you are

You communicate fluently in German and English, other languages, i.e. Spanish, are a plus

Previous experiences in the hotel industry, a call centre or a start-up environment is a plus

What the job involves

You are the interface between limehome and the guest as the first point of contact for any inquiries along all channels in our Spanish market
You have a watchful eye and open ear when it comes to feedback from the guest and can find creative solutions for problems
You give our guests a great limehome experience by responding to their individual needs, providing all relevant information and leaving your personal touch when interacting with them
You identify pain points & potential for improvement in day to day business and proactively propose solutions
You stay in close contact with our Guest Relations Managers to present an optimal solution for each guest no matter the situation

Our take

Alternative accommodation provider, Limehome, offers premium apartments through its automated digital operating model, which automates everything from pricing, booking, check-in, cleaning, customer service, and invoicing. The company’s model also enables higher-efficiency operation and space utilisation, allowing nearly any location to be operated profitably.

While fundamentally similar to AirBNB, Limehome almost exclusively offers users premium stay options, and its fully digitised experience removes the possibility of human error. The company currently has over 100 locations, with over 10,000 apartments under contract in Germany, Austria, Hungary, Spain, and the Netherlands.

Limehome's 2022 funding will enable the company to accelerate expansion across Europe, make acquisitions, and further develop its innovative technological platform. Limehome’s growth is also supported by consistently high occupancy rates. It has tripled its turnover every year, with 1000 new units added in the first quarter of 2025, leaving it well-positioned to remain on its current fast growth trajectory.
