Role
Who you are
- 3+ year of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related role
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with Salesforce (reports, dashboards, troubleshooting)
- Proficient with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis)
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Interest in software and learning new tools
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines
- Teamwork oriented, highly collaborative and excellent communication
- You are excited to work cross-functionally and learn how to best support different departments
- You are comfortable identifying and executing the highest priority projects, but know when to escalate or ask for help
- You are not afraid to explore new tools
- You like solving problems and finding answers
- You want to work within a small team, and have the freedom to lead your own projects
- When someone comes to you with a project, you ask what, how, when, and help them narrow in on their needs, present other ideas/areas for them to consider, and give them something actionable. You are a trusted partner on the team

What the job involves
- As a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst, you'll work within the Revenue Operations team to help manage Stack Overflow’s data quality and sales input information
- The successful candidate will have a record of critical thinking, data analysis, and have a strong interest in learning new skills and tools
- This role will collaborate closely with our sales team and senior leadership to ensure data hygiene
- Support the organization in managing data integrity
- Collaborate with sales users to verify data inputs and troubleshoot errors
- Work within the Revenue Operations team to improve processes throughout the organization
- Analyze data to find inaccuracies and identify trends
- Manage new and existing sales tools to improve adoption for users

Stack Overflow is one of the 50 most popular websites worldwide: a Q&A style forum for developers, gamified with upvotes, downvotes, and badges, with over 14 million registered users and upwards of 21 million questions. It's grown to become a go-to resource in the community.
The site has proven a good springboard into providing other knowledge sharing services too - most notable among which is the company’s teams platform. This, along with advertising and jobs listings make for a strong revenue model that saw the company valued at well over $1B when it was acquired back in 2021.
This pricey acquisition means Stack Overflow has a secure buffer it can use to expand. This is taking the form of partnerships with Google Cloud to boost GenAI capabilities, growing its global product audience so it can boost revenue - as things stand, its team's platform is used mainly in the US. If Stack Overflow can get a foothold in developing countries like India and Brazil, it could continue its strong history of impressive growth.
