Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required
Minimum 6+ years related FP&A experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the attitude to deliver and think ahead
Strong understanding of GAAP, Non-GAAP principles

Strong attention to detail
Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Experience with full P&L modeling including allocation methodology analysis and support is a plus

What the job involves

We are seeking a finance professional to join the Corporate FP&A Team, reporting to the Manager of Corporate FP&A, Revenue
Using your in-depth understanding of the Finance team's operations, you will orchestrate projects sought to revamp planning, tracking, and control processes
Your role involves furnishing senior management with valuable recommendations and supporting them in planning and reporting
Responsibilities encompass modeling business scenarios and monitoring performance metrics
The insights generated from these tasks play a crucial role in advising strategic decisions made by our leaders
Balancing multiple projects concurrently, you exhibit meticulous attention to detail while creatively addressing overarching challenges
Own variance analysis and forecasting for top line metrics
Comfortable with understanding the differing drivers that influence SaaS metrics
Responsible for building monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior finance leadership teams, including our CFO and SVPs
Serve as the key point of contact for our Business Finance Team for all things related to top line forecasting, including driving monthly forecast calendar, coordinating cross functional monthly review meetings to derive a timely forecast
Prepare and consolidate monthly and quarterly packages with analytics on billings, unearned and collections
Provide regular and ad hoc quantitative and qualitative financial analyses around key performance indicators and develop insights on business performance based on the interpretation of financial results
Identify and prioritize operational improvements & automation opportunities to streamline current processes
Articulate the story behind the numbers to senior leadership team
Collaborate cross functionally to understand business drivers and present data with actionable insights
