Role
Who you are
- At least 1 year of SDR or Sales experience, preferably in SaaS
- 4-year degree preferred in Business or related field
- Demonstrated natural leadership ability
- Tenacious hunger to win business and move deals through the sales process
- Demonstrated experience and success in a sales role, preferably software sales
- Experience with quota and commission compensation structure
- Ability to confidentially and effectively speak with prospects of all levels (including CEO, VP, MD, RN, FNP etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Highly organized and strong time management skills
- Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment with minimal direction
- Self driven, motivated and results oriented
- Enthusiastic teammate and team player mindset

Today, healthcare providers are tackling the growing challenge of too much paperwork and too little time for patients. Many existing electronic health record (EHR) systems only add to the problem - digital, yes, but often too clunky, time-consuming, and disconnected from the tools doctors actually need. And with over 100 clients lined up to adopt Athelas AIR, the company is very much positioning itself as a leader in intelligent healthcare infrastructure.
