Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, sales strategy, corporate partnerships, or a related field
- Ability to be measured and achieve sales pipeline targets and conversion rates within channel partners
- Critical thinker with strong writing, communication, presentation development, and delivery skills
- A proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally and forging strong relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization - both internally and externally
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Prior experience working in a B2B Marketing role at a SaaS, HCM company, or Financial Institution

- Chime Enterprise is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Channel Partner Manager to join our team
- The Channel Partner Manager at Chime Enterprise is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing sales strategies through partners to achieve business growth targets
- This role involves working closely to identify and manage key partners to drive sales performance, expand market reach, and increase revenue
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market reach
- Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners, including technology providers, brokers, and consultants
- Monitor partner performance, providing training, enablement, and support to ensure shared success
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to equip partners with sales tools, resources, and go-to-market programs
- Lead co-marketing initiatives such as campaigns, collateral, events, and case studies to boost partner engagement
- Track and analyze channel performance data to identify trends, close gaps, and report insights to leadership
- Negotiate partner agreements while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive new partner acquisition and market penetration strategies to expand Chime’s presence across segments
- Partner with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies and share partner feedback for continuous improvement
