Role
Who you are
- 5+ years experience account and project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering solutions while meeting Enterprise level client needs and deadlines
- Ability to balance client needs with budget and capacity
- Effective communication skills across teams with both technical and non-technical people; along with strong ability to communicate complex problems
- Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation with Excel and other analytical tools
- Background working with data, as an analyst, consultant, or in a client management capacity
- Extreme self-starter and self-motivator, holds self to extremely high standards, and inspires others to do the same
- Ability to handle the ups and downs of early startup life
- Enthusiasm for team work and pair work

What the job involves
- The Senior Technical Engagement Manager (TEM) plays a lead role in the delivery of client solutions to Fortune 1000 Insurance carriers
- You will be in the driver's seat of critical deployment, change management & eventual success of our operational products for top-tier clients
- You will oversee project timelines, drive status updates, and provide day to day operational leadership with our delivery team
- You will leverage your skills from business systems analysis to project management to provide an unparalleled experience for EvolutionIQ’s clients
- Provide quality technical & business service delivery for top-tier clients, ensure that we are tracking towards client renewal or expansion
- Provide day to day project management and delivery of EvolutionIQ solutions for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle, ensuring delivery meets customer requirements on time
- Participate in internal & customer-facing conference calls, demonstrations, and presentations. Advocate for the client and provide an “outside in” perspective
- Support other business and operational development initiatives, as required
- Develop a good understanding of insurance claims data and EvolutionIQ’s solution capabilities
- Weekly status updates and escalate project risks to clients and the delivery team
- Document client business rules, requirements and processes and ensure proper configuration of the platform

EvolutionIQ is a data-driven claim guidance platform for insurance providers. Its products combine structured and unstructured claim data with external third party data to provide powerful claim guidance, in an attempt to modernize the claims operations process.
The company's offering is certainly an attractive one for businesses handling large volumes of these claims - the solutions aim to help insurance providers detect and prevent fraud without impacting their productivity and customer experience. Historically, the insurance industry has had access to vast amounts of data without optimizing how they use it. EvolutionIQ's machine learning algorithms harness the learnings from every data point, allowing for much more well-informed, actionable insights.
Competition is steep among AI insurance firms, and EvolutionIQ counts rivals such as CCC Intelligent Solutions and Riskcovry in this space. However, the market size is huge and ripe for disruption. With a valuation of more than $200 million following a successful VC funding round, EvolutionIQ is focused on the further development of its product and international expansion as it hopes to capture a larger slice of this $10 billion market.
