What the job involves

We’re looking for a scrappy, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Brand President
You’ll be the right hand to the Brand President—helping her stay organized, informed, and focused while jumping in to assist with everything from meeting prep and internal comms to cross-functional follow-ups and special projects
Provide high-level administrative support to the Brand President, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling
Help prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items from key meetings
Act as a liaison between the Brand President and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through
Manage special projects that may touch marketing, ops, product, or team initiatives—no two days will be the same
Assist with internal communications and organizing team touchpoints (e.g., all-hands, offsites, leadership meetings)
Anticipate needs and stay one step ahead to keep the Brand President’s time focused on the highest prioritie
Jump in where needed to support our lean, fast-moving team
The intention is that this person will start in a temporary but full-time capacity and after 3 months, have the ability to be converted to a permanent full-time employee (performance dependent)
