- We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Executive Assistant to support our Head of Engineering
- The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines
- Additionally, they will have relevant experience in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, a customer service attitude, and a willingness to grow and develop in this role

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting executive-level staff
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a high tolerance for change and pressure
- Solid written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain a professional business appearance and attitude at all times
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and an attention to detail balanced with the drive to get things done
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive, take initiative and exercise good judgment
- Proficient working knowledge of GSuite, MS Office and relevant software applications
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, manage time effectively, and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies, procedures, workflows, etc
- Admin experience in a growth environment is a huge plus!
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
What the job involves
- This is a highly-visible role that will have constant interaction with all levels of the org
- This person will be an integral part of developing and driving a positive company culture
- Strategically and proactively manage the leaders calendar and daily schedules
- Assist with calendar management for the immediate senior staff
- Schedule and help coordinate details (hotel, transportation, meals, meeting/session coordination) for various internal and external offsite meetings, site visits, etc
- Take the lead in the coordination of all-hands, staff, and operational meetings, and assist with follow-ups as needed
- Responsible for making travel arrangements and managing/submitting associated expenses
- Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects and initiatives within Engineering department
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications
- Help with execution of employee experience initiatives and activities (e.g. coordinating team outings, etc.)
- Creatively design and implement various methods of nurturing a fun and productive environment
- Collaborate with other executive assistants and team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments
- Provide general administrative support to the Engineering team as needed

SentinelOne is a cybersecurity company that matches this automation, with machine learning-focused software that is built to help businesses battle online attacks.
The company expanded the scope of its business from the endpoint security market to three markets valued at a combined $30 billion, including the corporate endpoint security and IT operations management markets. This gives SentinelOne a bigger potential customer base, although also puts them in direct competition with more focused cybersecurity companies, in addition to its biggest competitor, CrowdStrike.
When the company went public, it made financial headlines as the highest-valued cybersecurity IPO ever, which gave SentinelOne a market cap of $10B, though it's now fallen to around $4B. It has subsequently launched S Ventures, a $100M fund, through which SentinelOne invests in cybersecurity startups and has expanded its partnership with major tax firm KPMG to accelerate cyber investigations and responses to threats.
