• 5+ years in front-end development, design engineering, or a hybrid role
• React, TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture skills
• Experience with vector and motion graphics, including SVG, HTML5 Canvas, and animation using JavaScript and CSS (e.g., Framer motion, GreenSock, three.js, ProcessingJS, etc)
• Experience building design systems and component libraries
• Strong UX sensibilities with an eye for detail
• You live in a US/EU Compatible Time Zone
• An eye for detail—you care about spacing, typography, animations, and micro-interactions
• Passion for finance, Web3, and crypto
