- 3+ years of experience in brand, digital, or social design within fast-paced creative environments
- Strong visual craft with a portfolio that shows standout digital design, campaign thinking, and social-first storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and working knowledge of Figma
- Comfort experimenting with AI image tools (Midjourney or similar) to support visual exploration
- Deep understanding of typography, composition, and channel-specific best practices for social and paid
- Ability to work fast without sacrificing detail—comfortable prioritizing, versioning, and iterating
- A plus if you have experience with basic motion skills and light video editing for social
What the job involves
- Fetch is looking for a Brand Designer to support the next wave of our B2C creative. In this role, you’ll concept and produce digital-first work that spans campaigns, social, paid media, CRM, and growth surfaces. You’ll take projects from idea to final execution, working quickly, iterating thoughtfully, and creating work that’s both visually strong and performance-minded
- As part of the Brand Experience team, you’ll partner with designers, copywriters, strategists, and marketing teams to bring campaign ideas to life. You’ll help elevate the quality of our day-to-day output while sharpening the visual expression of our consumer-facing storytelling
- Contribute to concepting and visual development for campaigns, social content, paid media, and CRM moments
- Translate concepts into polished, platform-native executions that ladder into broader campaign ideas
- Develop high quality design assets across channels—static, light motion, and short-form edits—delivered quickly across channels and optimized for performance and clarity
- Adapt and version creative for multiple placements and formats while maintaining consistency and craft
- Creates work that feels fresh, intentional, and aligned with campaign and brand direction
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support campaign needs from brief through idea to execution
Our take
Leading mobile shopping and loyalty platform Fetch has seen explosive success in recent years. Its concept is simple: users receive spendable points in exchange for scans of their shopping receipts.
The app has tens of millions of daily active users with even more downloads, and has seen impressive growth, having now reached 'unicorn' status twice over. This should come as no surprise. Brand reinforcement is crucial to customer retention and acquisition - but it is harder than ever, with the fragmentation of choice on the market and the declining efficacy of marketing. So material loyalty benefits are likely to prove a crucial tool in creating and leveraging a strong customer base.
Whilst Fetch faces competition from similar receipt-scan rewards platforms like ReceiptPal and Ibotta, it grew into a profitable company in late 2023. It is using its most recent Morgan Stanley-backed funding to aggressively add brand partners at a competitive pace and onboarding staff at a level that promises strong continued growth.
