- You have designed complex platforms that serve multiple personas and workflows

- 12+ years of product design experience in fast-paced environments
- A hands-on, extreme ownership mentality for making customers successful through design
- Significant experience in a fast-moving startup or scaleup environment focused on velocity and customer impact
- A portfolio demonstrating impactful product design work, as well as vision and concept cars, from a variety of projects
- Experience with AI-driven UX and machine learning-powered design systems
- Willingness to pitch in to help your teammates and other stakeholders
- Visual thinker who loves to show their work and receive feedback
- Able to see the big picture but know that design is the details
What the job involves
- As a Principal Product Designer at 15Five, you will be accountable for a demonstrable impact on our customers and our business through the design of our platform as both a hands-on maker and strategic leader
- Design high-quality, end-to-end experiences that create measurable impact for our customers, in partnership with product management, engineering, and others
- Co-create the near-term and long-term future of 15Five’s platform
- Facilitate concept explorations to drive bold and innovative thinking across 15Five
- Use AI to create new experiences for 15Five’s customers and improve existing experiences
- Prototype and test quickly, applying your learnings to your designs on a daily basis
- Make data-informed design decisions based on your own research, as well as customer and market insights
