Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Experience with SAP preferred
Experience with Yooz (or similar AP automation software) a plus
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail

What the job involves

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our finance team on a long-term contract basis
In this role, you'll primarily support accounts payable and chargeback processing, with opportunities to take on additional accounting responsibilities as the team's needs evolve
This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on financial work, and is looking for a stable, ongoing engagement
Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments
Review, research, and resolve chargebacks
Perform accurate, high-volume data entry into accounting systems
Reconcile invoices, statements, and vendor accounts
Assist with month-end close activities and other accounting tasks as needed
Collaborate with the Accountant and broader finance team on ad hoc projects and process improvements
Maintain organized documentation to support audit and compliance needs
