What the job involves

The Paubox Implementation team is seeking a specialist to assist our team in onboarding new customers
As an implementation specialist at Paubox, you will work with our new customers via Zoom to change their email routing in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and assist them in updating their domain's DNS records
You’ll ensure their success with our product by testing their configuration, reviewing their Paubox dashboard, and answering any questions they have during their onboarding process
Onboarding new customers for our SMB segment on our email suite products
Assisting customers via email and Zoom with technical setup and questions
Supporting customers through the implementation period
Delivering an A+ customer experience all day, every day
Available shifts include 6am-2pm pacific or 10am-6pm pacific
This is a temporary position, end date expected to be within 3-6 months

E-mail clients are generally unencrypted and can therefore threaten sensitive data such as patient information, meaning necessary regulations slow and inhibit communication within health businesses.
