What the job involves
- As a Delegate Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving attendance and engagement for our events
- Your day will be structured around focused “Power Hours” of outbound calls, where you’ll connect with potential delegates, understand their needs, and guide them through the registration process
- You’ll be responsible for identifying and expanding our target audience, building and refining our database, and ensuring all client information is accurately captured
- Managing your time effectively and setting daily goals in collaboration with management
- Conducting high-volume outreach to engage potential delegates
- Using consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and promote event participation
- Researching and identifying new leads to grow our database
- Maintaining meticulous records in our event registration and CRM system
