Lead Product Designer, AppOmni

• Has 7+ years of relevant product design experience at an enterprise tech company
• Strong skills in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping demonstrated through a portfolio of work
• Is skilled in explaining your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and crave feedback to help you produce your best work
• Strong understanding of UI and UX principles and best practices
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and prototyping tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams

• Design magical, industry-leading security experiences
• Work with engineering and product to design, build, and launch user-facing product experiences
• Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with design and company leadership
• Collaborate deeply with security experts to translate complex technical workflows into elegant product interfaces
• Use AI-based design tooling (V0, Lovable, Bolt, etc.) to explore, prototype, and test ideas
• Champion user needs – through research, journey mapping, and data – in every stage of the product lifecycle
• Help shape our design culture and practice as we scale
• The Ecosystem team at AppOmni is focused on delivering complete SaaS visibility, from uncovering shadow applications through Discovery to mapping every user and integration through Identity
• We strive to create magical experiences that give security teams confidence they are always ahead of their evolving SaaS environments. Beyond core features, we work closely with Posture Management and Threat Detection teams to deliver seamless, unified experiences across the platform
