What the job involves

Our Growth Marketing team is building brand new growth channels and products, and you will have a pivotal role in our mission to revolutionize the therapy healthcare marketplace
We are looking for an experienced growth marketer and 0 to 1 builder who will launch high-velocity experiments and build upon our existing suite of growth marketing channels, learning and creating new tactics to further engage our user base
Develop Headway’s affiliate marketing strategy by identifying potential partners and supporting the growth of the partner pipeline
Work with a dynamic cross-functional team to create new product features and craft the ideal new product experience for new partners
Craft a multi-channel campaign plan for partner acquisition, optimizing existing channel tactics and introducing emerging trends through high velocity experimentation
Leverage customer and data insights to identify opportunities for new segmentation strategies
Monitor and report on campaign performance, making adjustments to outreach efforts based on iterative key learnings
Track and analyze program performance, and identify opportunities for optimization
Spearhead the launch and expansion of our affiliate efforts nationally with the support of cross functional partners

Headway connects clients with therapists who accept insurance as payment and provides independent practitioners with the tools and resources needed to serve their patients and manage administrative workloads.

Headway’s concept is timely, with national mental health under particular strain following events from the past few years. The company facilitates over 300,000 appointments per month and has attracted backing from the likes of Accel and Google Ventures.

Covering 16 states and the District of Columbia, the company intends to broaden its presence across the US using its 2023 Series C funding of $125 million. This is a crucial avenue for further growth, as medical care deserts across the US mean the potential market is vast.
